    Complete Guide to Card Wars

    Welcome Player

    Every player starts with a plan.

    That plan usually survives about ten seconds.

    Because in this game players throw actions, copy actions, freeze opponents, swap hands, reverse reality, and occasionally drop a nuclear card that ruins everyone’s evening.

    The goal is simple:

    Be the first player to get rid of all your cards.

    The path to victory, however…
    is rarely simple.

    Game Overview

    Players: 2–12

    Playtime: 10–30 minutes
    Difficulty: Easy to learn, dangerously fun when mastered.

    Setup

    1. Shuffle the deck.
    2. Each player gets 5 cards.
    3. Place the remaining cards face down to form the Draw Pile.
    4. Oldest player is a Starting player.
    5. He throws one Neutral from his hand.
    6. The game starts clockwise.

    Card Types

    The deck contains several categories of cards.

    Neutral Cards, Attack Cards, Tactical Cards and Defense Cards

    HIT 8/8

    Basic Attack

    Next player draw 2 card from the deck

    Counters: MIRROR, X2, COPY CAT, DENIED

    TARGET 4/4

    Target a player. He draws 4 cards from the deck.

    After the action, targeted player is next to play

    Counters: MIRROR, X2, COPY CAT, DENIED

    VENDETA 4/4

    Previous player draws 3 cards from the deck

    (Unblockable, Unstackable)

    FREEZE 4/4

    Frozen. Next player is skipped until his next turn

    (Unblockable, Unstackable)

    SECURITY CHECK 4/4

    See any player cards

    (Unstackable, Unblockable)

    REVERSE 4/4

    Reverse the way of the game

    (Stackable, Unblockable)

    COPYCAT 4/4

    Copy attack to the next player

    Counters: MIRROR, X2, COPY CAT, DENIED

    (Stackable)

    SWAP 4/4

    Swap hands with any player

    (Unblockable,Unstackable)

    (If played as last card, automatic loose. Choose a player to win instead of you)

    MIRROR 4/4

    Mirror the attack back to the sender

    Counters: MIRROR, X2, COPY CAT, DENIED

    (Unstackable)

    THE CURSE 1/1

    This card is unplayable

    (It can only be gifted or swapped)

    SILENCE 4/4

    Next player cant speak until his next turn

    (If he speaks, he draw 5 cards from the deck)

    FIRE IN A MADHOUSE 4/4

    All other players draws 3 cards from the deck

    Block: Extinguisher

    EXTINGUISHER 4/4

    Here to put the fire down

    THE GIFT 4/4


    After you play the gift, give any card from your hand to any player

    (Unblockable, Unstackable)

    (It cant be played as last card)

    NUKE 4/4


    All players draw 5 cards from the deck

    SHOCK 4/4


    Shock next player. He draws 1 card from the deck

    (Unblockable, Unstackable)

    DOUBLE 4/4


    Double the attack and forward it to the next player

    (Unstackable)

    Counters: MIRROR, COPY CAT, DENIED

    Denies action.

    JOKER 4/4


    Change color to red, green, yellow or blue

    it can be played as last card

    (Stackable)

    Stacking Rules

    Some cards can stack, creating chain combos.

    Some card types does not stack.

    Stacking increases the total punishment for the unlucky player at the end of the chain.

    Winning the Game

    Player to play all their cards first, wins the round.
